CeraPlas plasma generator

The CeraPlas HF plasma generator from EPCOS/TDK is a direct high-voltage discharge device for plasma generation. The CeraPlas HF is designed to ionize various gases under atmospheric pressure and ambient temperature conditions. It is also ideal for plasma generation at non-thermal atmospheric pressure, odor reduction and decontamination of air and surface treatment processes. Furthermore, the CeraPlas forms the heart of the relyon plasma piezobrush PZ2 and the ionization module.
