Plasma in textile industry

Plasma is used in the textile industry for the treatment of continuous goods such as textile fibres, rolls and yard goods. The surface is activated and cleaned at the same time. The University of Innsbruck is currently conducting intensive research into the influence of plasma treatment on textiles and how these advantages can be used in industrial production.
