For a rental fee we will send you the PlasmaTool rental unit and you can test the plasma system directly at your facility in your individual working environment.

With the rental unit PlasmaTool you receive a compact plasma system for manual plasma treatment. With this system, surfaces can be specifically optimized on various materials before bonding or printing, thus replacing primers or other pre-treatments. Significantly higher wettability and adhesive forces can thus be easily achieved even on workpieces that cannot be machined due to their size or mobility.
Since the PlasmaTool only requires a 230 V power supply, the device can be used anywhere. Due to the trolley design and the gas and power supply via a 7 m long fabric hose, flexible and mobile use is easily possible. The two-hand operation and the warning light protect the user and third parties. The handling of the PlasmaTool is designed for easy operation and safety of the user. The compressed air for the plasma process is generated inside the device. A completely autonomous air supply is already integrated in the device. This makes you independent of the compressed air network.
