relyon plasma @ electronica 2024
From 12 to 15 November 2024, relyon plasma will be presenting leading-edge plasma technology at electronica 2024 in Munich. The handheld device PiezoBrush PZ3, the compact plasma integration Piezobrush® PZ3-i, the associated exchangeable modules and the MediPlas system will be exhibited at the booth of the parent company TDK in hall BA5 booth 179. electronica is the world’s leading trade fair and conference for electronics.
Plasma technology in electronics industry
Plasma technology is used in the electrical industry for the surface pre-treatment of various materials and components in order to simplify subsequent processes such as bonding or printing and thus improve the quality of these processes. The PiezoBrush PZ3 is a compact handheld plasma device for simple and flexible use in laboratories, pre-development and the assembly of small series. As soon as the technology is ready to be transferred to series production, the PiezoBrush PZ3-i can be easily integrated into new and existing production systems as it is based on the same technology. The high-performance PlasmaBrush PB3 system is used for highly automated and very fast processes in the electronics and semiconductor industries.

MediPlas ozone generator
A particular focus at electronica 2024 is the presentation of the MediPlas Reactor, a high-performance ozone generator that produces reactive species such as ozone, hydrogen peroxide, nitrogen oxides and their acids depending on the process parameters. The system, which is based on cold atmospheric plasma (KAP), can be used in various applications for cleaning, sterilisation and disinfection. It was specially developed for medical technology, but is also used in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
